This listing includes a 1 and 1/4 inch aluminum rectangle blank that is handstamped with "Type 1 Diabetic'' with a medical alert design (Caduceus Symbol) stamped on a 1/2 inch aluminum circle. Both pendants are on an 18 inch ball chain.
These can be used for other medical alerts as well. We can stamp anything you would like on it (as long as it will fit). For example, if you have epilepsy, asthma, etc.
These are custom made, so if there are any changes you would like: feel free to do so! During checkout, you have an option to add a note on your order for any specifications or adjustments.
